Critical auto freebie

Day 15 plant not growing fast. Day 16 growing really slow. Day 17 still little growth. Raised light and it's at 75% 18" away see if we can stretch this plant. Day 18 still not growing much still staying low to dirt....crazy Day 19 plant won't stretch so I'm going to remove bottom leafs that are touching dirt. Day 20 top of plant is growing leafs but the whole plant not growing up bigger worried about this one. Day 21 nothing new.
