@Vincent_Van_Grogh,Use the two cup solo cup method, works great!!
Cut the bottom off and cut a slit from top to bottom on one cup and place inside
an untouched cup, fill with the soil of your choice..When it's time to transplant
take the inner cup out of the whole cup and place in transplant hole, remove the
bottomless and slit cup, the seedling doesn't even notice. I usually transplant
around day 10, works well and it's a little harder to overwater this way.

In my experience it doesn’t do any difference in the end if you transplant them.
I messed up way too many times overwatering autos in large pots, so I’m done with that, it’s much easier for me to start them in 1l pots.
