I always like to start my seeds in a shot glass of water and usually leave them in until at least half of the roots pop out, for these girls it took 2 days. I then transfer them to a damp cloth in between two plates and let them root out, and I would usually wait until their roots are at least 2cm. I might have left these girls to root a bit too long because I was waiting for girl C to have a bit of a bigger root but then B started fulling coming out of the shell so I had to plant them. Dropped the seeds first on the 18th of December, and planted them on the 23rd. All 5 seeds rooted out, the combination of these two methods always works really well for me!
I'm actually very curious about how they will grow considering their roots were all different sizes. Will be a great experiment!
Now we wait until they pop out of the soil, usually takes 2-3 days!

Week 1
Day 1 | 25/12/2021:💧
Yaaay two of the girls (B and D) peaked out of the soil today so this will be day 1 😄 the soil looked a bit dry from the top so I just gave them a spray of water - around 300ml each which I combined with 4ml/L of Root Juice so their roots can grow healthy

Yaay the third one (girl A) popped out today as well. It's a bit hard to see because she's still in the seed shell but she's there I promise 😄
Day 3 | 27/12/2021:
Little cutie in the middle came out of the soil today 🎉 not gonna lie I am a bit concerned for girl C because she's the only one still in the soil and she also had the smallest root, which took a few days to even come out. So maybe she is not as strong as the others, but we will of course wait and see!
Day 4 | 28/12/2021: 💧
Girl C is still not out today, and I checked in the evening 😢 hopefully she's gonna be okay Otherwise I watered the girls with 300ml of Water each with 4ml/L of Root Juice. The first leaves are looking beautiful 😍
Day 5 | 29/12/2021:
Still no sign of girl C 🔎 but all the other girls are doing well, all of them are already at their first paid of leaves except girl E 😍
Day 6 | 30/12/2021:
Okay now I'm starting to get a but worried with girl C :( she has still not come out of the soil, and it's been almost a week. I'm feeling like something went wrong because I've not had a seed take this long to come out of the soil... I guess I will wait one more week and if nothing happens then I'll check inside the soil

So girl C finally came out of the soil today but unfortunately she's not looking very good. It's hard to see on the picture but the leaves are quite yellow. Idk if it was because the root was too small or I put it far too deep in the soil... But it doesn't hurt to let her grow and see if she can make it 🤞But otherwise watered the girls today, same as last time - about 350ml each with RootJuice (4ml/L)
Week 2
Day 8 | 01/01/2022:
Yeahhh… girl C is not doing well. I mean she came out of the soil but she’s not growing at all. I want to keep her growing just to see what happens, more out of curiosity than expecting something

Watered the girls today, giving them slightly more water starting this week - 500ml each with 0.5ml of Biogrow per Litre and the last dose of Root Juice. Usually I would start grow nutrients in week 3 but this soil has been reused a couple of times so I'm sure they will benefit from the nutrients. I am using half of the recommended dose though

Wanted to water today but the soil wasn't dry enough again. But it looks like Girl B is ready for training! Will do it tomorrow so that it's a nice start to the third week! Girl B had the longest root at the very beginning so we can see how much difference that has made in terms of grow in the first 2 weeks!
Week 3
Day 15 | 08/01/2022:💧
Watered the girls today with 500ml of water each (a bit less for girl C) and just 0.66ml/L of BioGrow. Also started LST on girl B since she's big enough already! Girl E also looks like she's gonna grow tall

Girl C is actually doing a bit better today, maybe she will grow bigger... Either way I am letting her grow to see what happens and if it would be possible to recover enough to product at least some flowers.

I started training on all of the girls today (except C), I think they are big enough and I know from experience that starting LST earlier with autos is always better. Although training will be a bit more difficult for Girl E since she's in a cloth pot and there is only one hook on which I can secure the wire... Also the new leaves on girl C are looking really healthy actually 🤞
Day 19 | 12/01/2022: 💧
The training is going well so far! Didn’t really need to adjust that much today. Watered them today as well and will start giving them the full 1.5L of water. It looks like these girls need less water than normal though so I will see how dry the soil gets before watering next. Gave them 1.5ml of BioGrow for 1.5L of water

Did a lot today actually but with some mistakes unfortunately… I was doing training and at first didn’t see cuts in the stem of girl D which came from the wire, and so I pulled on the stem to tighten the training and she snapped 😭 I taped her with some duct tape and released all of the training… hopefully she is going to be fine. But Girl B is looking really good in terms of training. I’ve also cut off a giant fan leaf of Girl E
Watered them as well with just 1.33ml/L of BioGrow
Unfortunately when I looked later in the day, and girl D was wilted :( Will have to remove the top I think but will leave it till tomorrow to make sure

Woah Girls A and B are doing so well after the training! Also seeing some new leaves on Girl C!!! She’s looking a lot healthier. Unfortunately the top of D did not survive and I’ve removed it… I guess it will give the lower buds sights some space to grow

Wow girls A and B are getting really bushy, might need to defoliate soon so they bud sights can get more light, but don’t want to interrupt the growing right now. Girl D is also looking really healthy, maybe this won’t affect her too much after all

I was doing more LST training today and a little stem snapped off from the bottom… why do I keep making these mistakes 😭 On top of that, noticed that Girl D has ANOTHER cut on one of the stems from training… I really need to be more careful with these wires since they are so thin. But I think this stem should be fine, it looks like the cut is already healing
Also started training for Girl C! Not gonna do much, just tilted her to the side

It's so interesting because girl E is the most different out of them, her leaves are so massive and the stems are more separate, whereas for girls A and B, they are much more bushy and leaves are smaller. Is it because girl E is in the centre???

They are getting much bigger so quickly! Girl C is also doing really well. But now I'm definitely convinced that these are not autos 😅 will definitely need to switch them to 12/12 light cycle. Maybe even from next week 🤔

Trained the girls a bit more today, I think this will be the last time before they go into flower. The stems were already pretty stuff but still better to make space for the bud sights. Just need to also defoliate and maybe to screen of green after a few weeks. The canopy is looking very nice 👌 Also watered them but there is quite a lot of water being drained out.. gave them 2ml of Biogrow for 1.5L of water

Today will be the last day of veg and unfortunately for Girl C but I will have to switch them to flower from tomorrow. They are getting really bushy, I swear just at the beginning of this week they were so much smaller! I will also need to defoliate tomorrow and start flowering nutrients on the next watering. Looking forward to it!

Woah it looks like the girls are in flower mode already! I see pistils even on Girl C! So good because their canopy is quite even at the moment. Soil is still too moist to water them, but probably tomorrow will start with flowering nutrients

Wow these girls are just beautiful! Leaves are so healthy, I'm so surprised they've had no nutrient issues whatsoever yet. I do see some yellowing leaves under the canopy but I will defoliate those tomorrow

Took off some dead leaves from the bottom since they are old leaves and started drying up. Girl C looks the happiest now, her leaves are the only ones pointing up!

The flowers are looking so big already just in one week of flower. I cleaned up the canopy today, just took off all the unnecessary and dying leaves. Noticed a leaf issue on Girl E, looks like some kind of minor deficiency. So I decided to give them all just a little bit of CalMag to make sure they don't develop a CalMag deficiency. Watered them with 2ml of BioBloom, 1ml of BioGrow, and 2ml of CalMag

The girls have made so much progress in just one week it's crazy. All of them have such long white hairs now. I removed some of the yellowing leaves at the bottom and watered them today with 2ml of BioBloom, 2ml of CalMag, and 1ml of BioGrow. I think they are getting quite bushy now so I will need to defoliate soon

Okay, it's about time that the girls got a nice defoliation.The before an after of girl B is crazy! Also how crazy is it that girl C is more than double the size of girl B 😆 Idk why this happened but all of the them are so different! I decided to also water them today since they will need some more energy to heal from the defoliation. Watered them with the same as last time: 2ml of BioBloom, 2ml of CalMag, and 1ml of BioGrow. Will probably increase the BioBloom from next week

Today I started giving the girls TopMax along with their normal nutrients. I'll be starting with just 1ml/L and then increase in a week or two. Girl C is actually looking the happiest out of all of them, she is stretching so much towards to the sun 😆 Although I am noticing more and more yellow leaves at the bottom (for all girls)

Been super busy all week, I'll actually be going to Spannabis in Barcelona this weekend so I will be watering the girls today and hopefully they hold out until I'm back (6 days!). I gave them 4.5ml of BioBloom (increased from last week), 1.5ml of TopMax, and 0.5ml of BioGrow. Hopefully they'll be fine on their own!

I will be leaving on holiday tomorrow so this is actually the last time I'll be giving them nutrients because they will be flushed for the next 2 weeks! Gave them the same nutrients as earlier this week so make sure that last boost, and then it's all plan water. I also cleaned up some of the fan leaves so they are not so bushy and get light for the buds. One of the stems of Girl E also bent! It seems the sub was too heavy for the super tall stem so I taped it and hopefully it hasn't been damaged!

I am back from my holiday today but I will only be able to harvest them at the end of the week, so I watered them today. but with a reduced 1L each because I still want them to be more on the dry side when I am taking them off

Today was harvest day and the girls look sooooo dry and yellow omg.. 😅 Maybe that 1L was not enough, but still it's better that they are on the dry side. They just all went so yellow in the last few weeks, obviously they werent getting any nutrients but also I harvested them a bit late
This strain was very easy to grow and the girls didn't have any issues with nutrients at the beginning. They didn't need as much water as many other strains, which actually also helped regulate the humidity in the tent. The main issue I had with these is that even after 5 weeks of veg, they weren't flowering... even though they are supposed to be Autoflowers 😅 and as soon as I switched the lights and nutrients, they started flowering. All of them were really behaving like photoperiods and I'm not sure why... 😄
Overall I'm a bit disappointed with this harvest because I was expecting more. But the buds shrunk a lot after drying and I also tried a new dry trimming method in a plastic box so some of the buds broke off (the trim from girl A was almost 9 grams!). I also fucked up a little bit with these because I was traveling a lot towards the end of flowering, so there were a few times that I missed watering them or didn't have enough time to look after them properly. Also in the beginning, Girl C was looking deformed and Girl D had her whole top snapped off by the garden wires 😅 So they didn't really get the best chance.. Girl E had the best harvest and she was in the middle and in a different pot so that might have contributed to the growth. Really interesting results, but once again every single girl is so different
Hay mate looking good so far. Do you train your plant before or after watering? In the future try doing LST right before you water, the stems and branches will be much more flexible. If you wait until after watering the plant will be all swelled up with liquid and therefore much more likely to snap, also try giving a little pinch to loosen up those fibers.
