Seems like the defoliation didn't really affect the girls much which is a good sign. Their pistils are turning dark as well, it's nice to see them maturing

Girls are looking happy as always :D I was meant to water them yesterday but the soil wasn't completely dry, so watered them today with an increased BioBloom dose of 3ml and I will also be decreasing the CalMag to 1ml, and I also gave them 1ml of BioGrow, which I will also need to decrease soon.

The buds are getting more plump! I think I will start giving them TopMax starting next week to make the buds even bigger

Hay mate looking good so far. Do you train your plant before or after watering? In the future try doing LST right before you water, the stems and branches will be much more flexible. If you wait until after watering the plant will be all swelled up with liquid and therefore much more likely to snap, also try giving a little pinch to loosen up those fibers.
