These girls really grew in week 3-4 of veg, leveled out very nice. They took all my lollypoping, and training well. The buds grew to almost 8 inches, from almost nothing, and the sweet berry smell was mouthwatering. I cannot wait for sample time.
This was my first time using direct sew, I was nervous for sure, but once she started growing she didn't stop until she was full grown. I topped her at 4 nodes, then after 2weeks, selectively trimmed out the smallest ones. This was my first time lollypoping, as much as I did, but she was such a healthy plant. These buds are firm and sticky with sweet smell. I'm glad I took the time to record as much as I did. I used Holland Secret for the first time and I am completely satisfied with the price and ease of use.
Hey friend. Looking good, Just some advice if I may? I looked all the way through your diary so far & just thought I would point out a few things to try and help you out friend :) First off, Cannabis plants love heat and humidity. It is the buds that hate it, Your lights on temps are a little bit high for this stage low 80s mid 80s are acceptable so that is alright. But your room is very dry for this stage. If you cannot afford a humidifier next time around in veg try adding a 5 gallon bucket of water to your room it will help passively raise the humidity up. Humidity plays a big part in early veg helping your plants have a great start to life. Research vapor pressure deficit and how it relates to growing cannabis all new growers should learn it from the beginning. Secondly, When we are in veg and early flower we want to keep our temp gaps between lights on and lights off nice and close. We do not want more than 10 degrees less when the lights go out, To large of swings beyond that will cause the plants to stretch unwantedly. We want our gaps in temps nice and close through veg and early flower. Once the plants have finished growing vertically by weeks 4 - 6 of flower, Autoflowers you gotta just watch for it by eye then we want to open up the temp gap. Once the plants have finished their vertical growth instead of causing the plants to stretch when we allow for more than 10 degrees less with the lights off, It will instead send extra energy into the budding process and resin production.
If you haven't gotten them already get yourself a PAR meter and a thermal laser temp gun like the fluke 62 MAX to help you read your plants and grow to their needs. I am always around if you ever have any questions feel free to ask friend! Keep up the great work, Check out my 200 light 7,000 plant diary & follow my profile. Happy growing!
