an EC of 2.06 is high for autos and the week before was 2.3, this will be causing the ph to be off in the medium and a buildup causing lockout.
I would just use ph'd water for the next week. then going back with some light feeding if it looks like its settled.

Hard part with soil is flushing out the excess nutrients.
As soil holds onto a lot of the nutrients and water used to flush them its very easy to over water and cause root suffocation.
I think the best thing you can do is just water and let it use them up.
If you soil flows really well, and you can say for a fact they wont get water logged, then a flush is an option. just be careful.
