Hello there! I am brand new to growing myself, however; I would not use nutrient water for the first 3-4 weeks-especially if you mixed nutes into the soil already. Do not forget about pH and humidity levels. That could be what was overlooked on your first plants. Without proper pH they will not absorb the nutrients. I would use a spray mister for watering once they pop since young seedlings absorb much of their water with their leaves.
