Lucky to have spot the rot, quite small but not taking any chances
Nutrients
The weight is when it's still wet and with stalk on. I assume it'll be around 60-70g after stalk removed and accounting 75% loss from drying. Sad that the rot set it but glad I spotted it fast enough.
