Week 8: Another new week. I removed a few leaves below and otherwise just fed and watered.
In addition, I was away for three days and could not take care of the lady myself. But she needs less care now than in the growth phase.
Your plant is wanting more potassium. I been watching my plants when they do this. I add more potassium to diet it stops. Easy on nitrogen as well. I see from leaf in back ground it is getting on high side. Low nitrogen levels in flowering is best. Good luck 🌱
Don't worry bro,they are calyxes,as you can search they are on all female plants😉

Hey man just some friendly tips from looking at the information available to me here. I would aim to warm up your room for lights on temps you should be trying to see 80-84 lights off should be no more than 9 degree difference in veg & early flower so they do not stretch much and grow nice and compact. That cold of temps in veg will cause slow growth for sure. Cannabis plants love heat and humidity, It is the buds that hate it. Also for 150W LED your plant to light distance could be shored up and lights brought closer to get more PAR on top of those plants. I always recommend every grower to get a PAR meter and a thermal heat gun to be able to push your equipment and maximize its potential it is so worth it. Keep up the good work
@Cold_Farmer, I hear you man. A large part of growing is doing what you can with what you got and your doing great with your circumstances. Keep it up will for sure be watching!
Thanks for the tips. The grow box is currently in a cold room at about 13°C (55°F) (F*ck winter) and my delta t is only about 6k with the lights on. Now they have moved to a warmer room, just without the grow box. I'm building a new one there so that I can get up to 80°F without additional heating (electricity is damn expensive here).
I am a first time grower too- I am going to use your pics as a template of what my plants could look like- few questions:
What week did you start nutes?
What week did you start the flip- to more darkness?
Any tips or mistakes to avoid?
Thanks- and great job!
@Noahbear,
Since I used "normal" soil, I had to start fertilizing very late. Your plant will let you know when it needs some extra food.
I didn't have to switch to 12/12 mode either, it's an autoflower in this attempt.
This is also my first grow and I made so many mistakes with it. But I learned a lot from it. You can take a look at the other diaries, but every plant grows differently (even under exactly the same conditions).
What is important is the lighting (take an LED from the top 10 here) and the temperature/humidity. That's where I made the most mistakes, thinking that a simple lamp plus room would fit... well, it didn't fit at all.
