So for germinating seeds I have tried a few different methods and found one what works out well.
I like the scarification method with a light soaking of 12hrs then directly in the medium. No transplanting from towels, no root damage, ez pz.
If you want more info about it send me a DM and I'll get into the details of it all.
I'm not a huge fan of paper town as the seeds baby taproot can be easily damaged if its not taken care of. Sometimes it grows into the paper towel as well. Your really should plant the seeds in the medium before any roots emerge and form just as they are cracked. As for the Jiffy pellets I do not like them either, I've had bad experiences in the past multiple times with many different plants not just cannabis inside them. Your seedlings baby roots could have been damaged when they went into the pellet, if that's what happened the plant may not make it. I also find Jiffy pellets mould way to easily vs other methods.
I'd still wait a few days and open up the humidity vents on that shell, constant high humidity in any medium with no airflow will cause moulds to develop and kill the seedlings.
Rule of thumb as soon as they pop remove them from the dome. after 5-7 days your seeds are probably gone. open the pod and see if they can be rescued or found.
Best of Luck and Happy Growing.
