So things are getting serious!
The smell gets stronger and was amazing when I defoliated the plants.
The G-13 is forming very nice buds, but the reason it is a bit later than the Strawberry Banana is I accidentally used Strawberry Banana auto, so as soon as the first pistils appeared and I realized what was going on I switched the light schedule to flowering to have it on a similar time. This is also the reason why I started flowering them so small.
Looking forward for next week!
This week I defoliated the plants more, I'm just a little bit shy when I do that, but I think I got it pretty good. The stretching is more or less finished and the buds are growing thicker.
The strawberry banana is getting closer to its end, I guess only 1-2 more weeks to go for them. The G-13 on the other hand still needs at least 4 more weeks.
I'm dealing with a slight nutrient burn, but I'm not too worried about it, I just thinned out the solution a bit and will watch that it will stop.
So it's getting closer to the end of this special flowering round. I seeded G-13 and strawberry banana, but soon after I planted them into the autopots, where they were supposed to vegetate for a few weeks, the strawberry banana started flowering and it turned out that they were autoflowers! So I changed the light schedule to 12/12 to force the G-13 into flowering.
Now I'm starting to flush because the strawberry banana is almost finished, and the G-13 I will harvest on the same time even though its not finished, because I want to make space for the new plants that are 100% photoperiod.
So I harvested all the plants.
The strawberry banana looks great, is in really good quality. The G-13 also looks good but is harvested a bit to early, but that was ob purpose.
When the plants were very small I figured that I got a accidental autoflower strawberry banana, so when they started flowering I had yo force the G-13 into flowering.
I'm happy about what I got given the circumstances, and now I'm excited to go on to the next round!
Tha harvest was rather small, but that was expected after getting accidentally autoflowers. I thought I had more time for vegetation. But I'm still happy with the outcome, and the buds taste great! Dry and cured bud weight: 270 grams.
hey nice setup!!! clean and the light is a beast were awaiting the arrival of our 2.9 luminols too can't wait!!1
just one piece of advice I would give is defoliation , your ladies look lovely but I do think a nice trim up of all those big fan leaves and nothing popcorn pistols way under the canopy can go and the airflow thru this tent will be a game changer plus the fact the plants will focus on building big buds up top for you for maximum harvest!!!!
all in all fantastic grow thus far , keep up the good work 😎
@@ThePuffingprincess17,
Hey thanks alot for the tip, I'm trying to learn to defoliate properly but am just a bit shy when I do it :)
Yes the light is very good, the best I've seen.. I just switched from 1000w HPS.
Enjoy your light when it arrives and I look forward to see a diary! :)
