bergjnl Previous attempts to grow resulted in a failure of some sorts. This is mostly myself to blame for trying to be funky with the toil. First issue is that I used too much sow and cut soil, which has very little nutritious, at the start. This resulted in a very weak grow in the first weeks of the plants. The second issue that I had was using a mixture of outside soil that I made by myself. I tried to make an organic grow medium, but didn't pay much attention to requirements of the soil, so it didn't work out. You can see the effects in my previous growth, where three plants stayed relatively small. So hope it will end up better this time with less ow and cut soil and standard vegetable garden soil. bergjnl The plant reaches out towards the sky, fighting in his way to reach the light, absorbing nutrients as he goes, contained by the dimensional limitations of a paper cup.

bergjnl The plants are doing fine, there seems to be a lot of improvement over the last week. The picture is from 2021-12-01 and shows already a lot of side branches. This makes me happy. Two other pictures show the result op bud rot of the outside plant that didn't go well.

bergjnl Picture from 2021-12-14 shows already a significant growth. Didn't register any pictures last week, so no update from them. I don't have a plan for any trimming the plants, just let them grow naturally.

bergjnl Pictures from 2022-01-09. One of the plants seems to be looking strange. Almost ready to harvest, need to have some time available. But it looks already promising.
