Looks a little overwatered. Maybe the substrate was too moist.
Refraining from watering.
Will soil drench some EWC, eggshells and tea leaves compost tea end of this week.
Looks good right now. Growing at a decent pace
Day 20: Gave a 300 ppm organic compost tea soil sprinkle including EWC, banana peels and Crushed eggshells. Poured 500 ml of compost tea. Want to see how she responds. Height is 5.5 inches right now. Starting LST on day 21

No, it is not a calcium issue.
Personally I can't see anything in the pictures that is drastically wrong.
A funny leaf will not affect overall growth, yield or plant potency.
No plant will ever have 100% perfect leaves, 100% of the time.
