Fonzi Honestly, I don't know if I'll even get the plants through the flowering stage. I've had a severe thrips infestation since the beginning of this grow. I'm worried about problems with mold and so on. It's a bit annoying, but I'm pushing through. When there's nothing left to suck out of the leaves, they attack the flowers, and that will definitely end in mold. I've had such an infestation very rarely before, but we'll see. They get sprayed regularly.

Fonzi Nurnoch 2 Wochen... at the end, everything will be cleaned well and the new ventilation will be installed. I think I'll let some predatory flies loose after the cleaning so that as many as possible are killed even in the buds. I don't even know how long the thrips survive outside the box because I dry the buds outside the box in the same room, and it will be hard to get rid of them. During the last harvest, those little creatures crawled out of the buds where they were hiding. I probably should put the harvest back in the box after trimming or before and release the predatory flies to completely eliminate them. I don't know how tough they are. I always trim in the living room, and some thrips will probably fall down... and they might find their way into the bedroom. Not so easy after all. But I'm buying something to kill the big ones in case any show up in the new grow. I will clean very thoroughly and replace the ventilation. Maybe it will also help to clean with alcohol; I need to read a bit more about the thrips.

Fonzi We're getting close to the end. I'll harvest on time this time too, but they need to be ripe. They look good though. They smell fantastic! Especially the Runtz Muffin... Really very tasty. The plants look like crap and there's not much to them, you can tell the plants are struggling, but whatever. The next grow with new ventilation, etc., will be back on track. But they will be tasty.

Fonzi Regarding the Runtz Muffin #2 I've tried two Runtz Muffin phenos so far and I'm absolutely in love with this strain. The aroma is really exceptional! Definitely fruity sweet with slightly bitter notes somehow. The #2 has very dense, resinous buds that have an incredibly amazing aroma. Seriously, the aroma is fantastic. The high is strong and cerebral but not overwhelming. It's almost a bit clear but long-lasting. Really, really awesome! I love it. It already tastes so good. Also, no negative effects, which is always important. No racing heart, restlessness, or paranoia. The #1 is completely different in aroma. The high is similar, although it feels a bit stronger. During the harvest, it smelled more fruity/grassy, diesel-like... but when it went into the jar, the buds suddenly smelled exactly like freshly mowed grass. Really. I've never smelled anything like that in weed. But the drier it gets, the better the aroma becomes. I smoked some dry popcorn buds; the aroma isn't perfect yet but it's heading towards grassy diesel-like/floral with pine notes, almost like White Widow. I have to say, it's kind of awesome. It tastes really delicious and the high is very strong and pleasant. Euphoric, cerebral, but also relaxing. Really impressive. A strain and an aroma like I've never had before. I'm excited about the last pheno that's being harvested today. It looks the most delicious. You can definitely tell that the plant has power, but the effects are pleasant. Unfortunately, I harvested very little... the thrips harmed the plants. Normally, I would have had double the yield. But the quality is superb!
