so far its looking healthy and bushy! did some slight bending on branches in order to get more light thru to the bottom budsites. i can’t quite pin down her terpene profile yet, i’m getting pine, citrus and possibly fuel but its not strong
@MarcGrows, hey thanks bud, yea this one is definitely a short stumpy leaning plant, i try to force all the branches to the same height until they grow evenly and then defoliate anything below the top 3 nodes. seems to help force the growth upwards
@Drgreenthumb627, What discord? I'm on Day 8 or so. After loving my Skunk Hero RBX2 grow I wanted to try more Ethos. :) Coco/perlite, Megacrop 2-part w/ Autopots.
@growindankies29, hey bro, actually there are 7 different strains in this tent! haha i just took a video of the tent to add to the diary. the grandpas stash is up front left. but yes i agree, the camera doesn’t do justice to how nice these buds look right now! thanks for the comment!
@Drgreenthumb627, I'm also wondering about the next one in line... I am in the same place, but rather intrigued by the spanish moon. Also very interested in Crescendo in which I have an original cross. Can't wait... took some smalls and set aside so I may be able to sample in a few days... drying will take at least 10 days.
@MarcGrows, spanish moon sounds like a great idea for a cross! i am currently hunting through 15 super silver haze plants to find a father and/mother a breeding project. grandpas stash is a prospective strain to use as a mother in there, but i won’t know for sure until its cured, trimmed and smoked!
I am very interested in how your plants taste and smoke like after harvest. Our plants looked very similar and although it was a beast growing with appropriate frost, after drying I'm noticing that the buds are quite airy and spongy. Not what I am used to in a kush. Probably a phenome trait to the single plant I grew and although she filled the entire 3 x 3 grow tent only came up with 165 grams of usable bud. Let me know what you experience, as I have a decision to make. Your plants looked fantastic!
