Originally I had intended on growing some AK47 Autos. Sufficed to say I think I cooked them inside of my germination cupboard and ended up having to buy some more seeds in order to fill up my 4 auto pots. Along comes some Bruce banners from 42 and a freebee. This my friends is it. Good vibes make for good growth. Thanks for the free genetics Nordland.
After 1 an of germination growth I must say that she is looking like she likes where she is. Really nice steady growth and no deviation in symmetricality with the leaves. Perfectly healthy. Good job Nordland :)
22/1/22- thrips seen on bubblegum and Bruce banner 2. Neemed
Slight over nuting prob. Leaf distortion. Dropped dosage and hope for best. No issue with colour. Growth is steady: she is a short stocky plant so far in comparison. Stem thick.
mad stretch. started to flower after noticeable stagnation in hwight growth. tall so having to move other plants to same heights to keep up. a pain in the bum...
its cute though. like a little mini xmas tree.
switching to the big nutes in a couple days.
so i put a screen down. the light can only concentrate power in such a way that if i let them grow tall i will just have a huge central cola that stretches, which this was. i trimmed off some of the lower shit and everything that is more than 8cm below the top... would love to get a proper tent, im sure the reflection would boost my lights usefulness.. i persist..nutrients are by feel at the minute.. following bio canna guide but still adding a couple things like a drop or two of calmag or whatnot... now drinking a litre every 3 days. nice buds forming now. switched to flowering nute cycle now.... sort of... mad scientist shit. keeps me occupied. TENT
watered at half strength. seeing too much dark green anf cal mag issues. continue to lower ph, add cal mag and ride the wave. trying not to defoliate much more.
the buds are getting fat. it likes lots of nutes. showing slight fade now on the super green leaves... cant really say ive done much this week. the buds smell a bit rank though if im honest but getting super dense!
im ceasing all nitrogen now. i can see its now starting to turn leaves yellow. buds are fat and chunky. at least 6 cm across with new expansion going on. lots of orange hairs coming...really looking sharp.
they are getting there... not sure if they are fading nice or if ceasing nitrogen completly is problematic at the minute.. *shrug* im not aiming to flush but que sera.....
a last few pics before i chop tomorrow. they smell great and hopefully have had enough time... im sure anothrr couple of weeks would be amazing but im going away for a week with no good sitters.
The seed was free and i tried with no expectations. the plant maintained a deep green with great bud structure for lollipopping it made it easy to know what was able to be pruned or not quite easily. seemed to be very resistant to bugs. buds were dense but not as crystally as i might have expected, potentially i chopped a little too early.. *shrug* i will update when it has dried sufficiently
