Super Bowl Sunday and the ladies are looking good just switched to flowering 4 days ago defoliated yesterday they are starting to fill the netting nicely
11 days from when I switched to 12/12 ladies got there final lst and lollipoped today I will probably defoliate one more time at day 21 of 12/12 and that's all the training She's getting
So I said no more training but I couldn't help myself only second time I've done scrog and I'm trying to find a balance between plant height and light penetration you can see the plant on the right is clearly more defoliated I'm doing side by side comparison to see what works better
Day 25 of flowering looking nice no problems as of yet knock on wood plant on the right I think looks better it has gotten more defoliating and training they are about 2in shorter than I expected but my light is only 200 watts so it doesn't get down through the canopy very well and I don't want to grow a bunch of trim bud
Day 39 of flowering plant on the left seems to have a little bigger buds also the tips of the leaves are burnt on that plant both plants are starting to turn purple plant on the right looks like it may be done around week 8 I think the one on the left may need another week
Buds are starting to swell I had to back way off the Kool bloom pretty sure I stunted them a little also instead of feeding every other watering I cut the bloom nutes in half and feed every watering plants are responding well
Day 53 of flowering trichomes are starting to turn amber almost all of them are at least cloudy a few more days should be good to go I wish I hadn't stunted them my yield definitely isn't going to be what I had hoped
@Ezzjaybruh, I agree I did have a mag deficiency I believe I've taken care of that I also wondered if things were being misunderstood I believe the person saying cal mag deficiencies may speak another language besides English
@Weedman46, I don’t think it was anything as bad as this person was suggesting. Hard to say in lighting but a bit of mag deficiency was starting a few weeks back. Anyhow I think what this person was also saying is that advanced nutrients is lacking in cal mag. Depends if you’re using tap or RO or what your water source is frankly.

@XII_XII_EarlyRaver,I used to much bloom booster in the beginning of flowering still buds look nice I just think I could have done better should still be a decent harvest
@Itslegalnow, if you do go with dwc get a ro water filter when I grew in soil I lived in the country then I moved to the city the water is crap 8.6 tds and around 8 for ph I couldn't keep nothing alive in soil or hydro so I bought the ro filter and started monitoring my ph much closer and things have turned around
@Itslegalnow, yeah I had about 15 harvests in soil before I decided to switch to dwc the dwc system is much cleaner and no soil to buy or get rid of dwc for me has been more difficult definitely a learning curve this is my 3rd dwc grow and I'm starting to get it dialed in
