Day 18. They seem to be liking the decreased watering schedule. I've also backed off the light to 75% and added a humidifer. I'm thinking the issue was not so much overwatering as too much hot and dry causing them to suck up excess nutes.

Thanks disarie. The kushie is in a miracle grow seedling starter mix. .03 for all of NPK.The cheese is in a blend of plain no nutes potting soil and perlite. A tiny bit of some enriched potting soil I had laying around went in too.I have a bunch of kitchen herbs planted around the same time growing in a window nicely in the same soil, so I suspect my issues are likely elsewhere.
