Golden Girls 1&2

I placed these in filtered water on 013122 @ 1530. 24 hours later 020122 i saw no progress so i changed the water and added a very tiny squirt of peroxide to it. At around 1030 on 020222 i saw AG1 had a little root out and the shell for AG2 was opening. I checked back in at 1400 and both had roots out so i drained them out onto a napkin and places them into their tiny biodegradable grow bag homes. I had prepped them in advance with a blend of Moo Grow, Moo Doo, perlite and vermiculite. Once i placed the seeds in i covered them and misted with a filtered water containing a 50/50 blend of MaxSea all purpose + bloom. I slid a sandwich ziplock over them because they’re gonna stay out with other plants for now and that will help their humidity and increase temp a little more than the ambient 70ish of the apartment. Update 020622 Acapulco Gold #2 really shocked me. It grew in a matter of hours, literally like 6 hours, super lanky. I didn't see that the seed shell was above soil before i left and left it covered with the zip. That made it work hard to reach for light and become leggy. Uncovered and added a little more soil to support it. Acapulco Gold#1 the tap root was coming through the dirt so i gently repositioned it and recovered it with soil on 020522 at around 1630. 020622 @ 1030 the seed shell was back above the soil and by 2100 it is lifted off the dirt. I expect it to make some serious progress in the coming days. Very happy with the progress😁😆😁
