Don’t go off of height. Count the nodes (where the stem of the plant, this is how I started tracking growth of different height plants. For the most part my super short plant kept pace with overall nodes it created. It was a bit hard to count yours, but they seem to be within 1-2 nodes of eachother, the one plant just looks like it branched out a bit more. But at the end of the day, both look healthy so maybe just lst or top the taller one to let the other catchup.

that is called their phenotypes. Think of it like your brothers and sisters. Each seed is a sibling of each other form their plant parents. they wont all look the same. and some families have a short and round parent with a tall and thin parent. This will make for a lot of different phenotypes or kids. Not the best example in the world but gets the point across. Best Of Luck!
