Hello…✌️
So first time grow for me, I’ve gone for a hardy indica strain to hopefully set me up for success.
Some people don’t like clear cups for seedlings but I’ve never had any problem using these for other types of plants in the past, the roots don’t seem to care.
Into Veg now.
Day 19 - transplanted into 25ltr fabric pots.
Also changed from Biobizz light mix into Biobizz Complete.
No nutes yet, just ph’d spring water when needed.
Light up to 50%
Started on nutes, going with Biobizz for both substrates and nutrition.
They’ve absolutely turbocharged this week after a slow start.
Really broad leafs and minimal internodal spacing, looks like all 4 plants are turning into bushy Indica shrubs
Lights up to 75% and then up to 100% this week.
Removed heat mat (I’d like to keep it for the whole grow because it regulates my lights off temp but I’m worried about damaging the roots in the long term)
Topped all 4 plants this week.
Plants are on about 4ltrs a week over 2 waterings.
Made my first big beginner mistake, been feeding nutes with every water instead of once a week.
Definitely got signs of Nitrogen overloading in the older leafs, but nothing too bad.
Will stick to plain ph’d spring for a week
Really nice strain. Nothing wrong with feeding nutes every watering just give half of dose to see plants response. I am watering every time with nutes and giving them 1.5 dose and they like it.
