Sat. 5- 12: Started germination off in a shot glass of water for a full 24 hours then transferred ed them into Jiffy Peat Pallets which sat in a glass and was put into a Zip Lock to keep humidity, took 2 days to germinate and sprout 🌱
Feb 5-12th: One of these suckers started drooping so I added a little extra soil, water, love and played some Bob Marley and about 2-3 hours later my baby rose back to life like Jesus
Feb 12-19th: WINDOWSILL: Unfortunately one of the x3 Bears did not survive; same plant that had issues the earlier week. The other Bear came in strong for the win and is absorbing the Mayan Sun and Jammin to Bob Marley almost daily. The weather has been hot with fresh breezes. A Bright 88° Avg. in the daytime. Approximately 48° F Lowest night weather. Water is sitting gallon tap water at a PH of God only knows. Pot size approximately 1.5 liter. No Nutrients. All Natural.
Feb 19-26th: This week was a little Bi- Polar: cooler weather with heavier winds and some partial rain. The Sun would come out to shed light on my baby Bear. She accepted the wind through the window and is loving it now her axillary leaves are developing and things are looking good so far. Debating now on what Size Pot to transplant into next that will still fit on same windowsill. Ingenuity will be at play here for this experiment. Yes, they will need feeding. I usually start around week 3-4 when growing in Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil. Other, less nutrient soils may need additional nutrients sooner while others like super soils or living soil could go longer or might never need additional. With it you can spot nutrient problems to know when you need to add nutes. I recommend keeping a bottle of cal/mag on hand as that's a pretty common deficiency that might show up in a couple weeks for you.
Your pot looks really small. The smallest pot I have grown an auto is 3 gallon (11 L) but I got better yield with 5 gallon (19 L) pots. If you intend to transplant I would do it as soon as possible. I always start auto's in their forever pot so I never transplant. Because auto's are on a fixed schedule transplant shock can affect yield.
March 2nd- 8th: Wanted to transplant before the flowering stage but was a couple days behind due to Amazon Delivery issues for Fox Farm Mix. Did the transplantation at night before a gloomy day. Used a 2.5 Arrowhead Jug with Solid Reflective Grow Room Box Mylar Film Foam Insulation Vapor Barrier around it to block light. Ingenuity at work so I may get my plant to fit on the Windowsill. I know some may complain of Algae since I chose a translucent Jug but the cover should block the light enough to stop such issue from occurring.
March 8-15th: This week had moderate weather with some overcast and strong winds. The Plant did not have much of a shock after transplanting and her pistols are growing in more as the days go by. She is also getting pretty tall for being on a windowsill. Going to get some Atami Bloombastic for her flowering stage and hopefully we see good results. Any advice is welcomed! 😊
March 15- 22nd: Weather was sunny and overcast throughout the week causing minor stress to 3BOG. Overall she stood strong and next watering cycle I plan to use Atami Bloombastic to produce her bigger yields and more aroma/ terpenes. No special techniques. Still windowsill grown.
