Last Lemon Pie auto was grown in the winter, temps 15C at night and 20C during the day, this one is a summer grow and so 20C at night and 30C during the day. The only other difference is the first Lemon Pie Auto had two or three huge prunings while in flower, the heads were larger and she took 14 weeks to mature with many orange pistils. For this winter grow there was basically no pruning at all, in stead I anticipated what I may cut off later and pinched out new growth before it began. The bud structure is very different smaller and tighter, hard to see any orange pistils although they are there. The first Lemon Pie produced 13 zips, this one looks like less than half that. I'm guessing maybe 4 or 5 zips, but the buds are heavy and there is no popcorn or larf at all, she's all solid bud. And instead of 14 weeks she's ready in 11. Overall probably my smallest plant yet, but possibly my favourite, very easy to care for. Harvest report next week.
