Had a terrible germination , only one out of ten not impressed.
The seedling is healthy and all seeds looked great but only the one germination. Used multiple methods direct to medium, paper towels, shot glass.
This plant is going to be very carefully watched that's for sure.
Coming along nicely, have been heavy on the nutrients except for the last water which was just cold clean freshwater.
Noticed it was leaning to one side and discovered it was due to the fan so I rotated 180 degrees.
The odd insect was arriving so gave a nice spray of neem oil.
Looks healthy and happy, reached 12 nodes and topped.
Gave a good dose of nutrients because I felt like a treat was in order. A little later Gave another 1-1.5L of cold clean water to really water in the feed.
Re-adjusted position and started watering around the outside of the pot to encourage the roots to spread.
So yeah probably more to say but there we go
Removed main stems fan leaves to allow a greater light penetration to the lower foliage but do not plan to continue defoliation after this.
Unfortunately the plant may be male so I moved the four nitro Lemon Haze clones in and it can pollinate them if it is and than I'll have to do some selective breeding in order get a decent representative to the orange bud to breed from since I've had such a terrible germination rate.
