22/2 -Halfway through week 3. Still expected to grow more at this point but plant shows no signs of disease or malnutrition AFAIK.
25/2 - End of week 3 and still no noticeable growth in size. Not sure how to identify the problem.

Starting week 4, have not feed any nutes to plant for a whole week and adjusted grow light to be 40 cm+ away from plant again however is there any hope for this plant since it has not increased in size noticeable for 2 weeks. Anything I can do to save it?

If you stop feeding it and it needs food. it wont grow...
Keep giving it food.
