Godfather OG Grow

I've been wanting to get my hands on some Godfather OG seeds for quite some time and ILGM has them now! 7 of them. Thought I'd throw in a couple LSD (3), a couple WW (3) and Super Skunk (3) while I was at it. I like to have a minimum of 16 plants in my Flower Room at any given time. Flower room is full of my Purple grow at the moment so this grow is going to veg at least 4 weeks more before moving and since those Godfather seeds were so expensive I'll probably keep one as a mother for awhile to get some nice clones for summertime outdoor grow. Same with LSD which I also really like (it's a great strain as well).

I decided to wait to update until they were moved into the grow room. ANYWAY did a nine week veg and this is 2nd week under 12/12 lights. Topping was done at 3-4 weeks and lst training throughout. Trimming was just done 2 weeks ago as I put them under 12/12 cycle. Used fox farm grow big three times during veg. Just switching over to tiger bloom now. These plants stretch a lot, very wide. Clones root quickly and I was able to get 15 clones out of 17 cuttings. Will be growing them outside starting June 1st (Our last average frost date). So far Godfather OG is a very easy plant to grow.

Up to week 6 of flowering and still feeding tiger bloom weekly and molasses and water every other watering. They are responding beautifully to this schedule. They are incredibly sticky and while only in week 6 the buds are extremely dense compared to other grows at the 6 week mark. I will take a picture the next couple of days with grow lights off so you can see the amazing amount of frosting on these babies! All buds on the plants are filling out nicely and this has been my easiest grow ever. I think another three/four weeks and they should be done. Cannot wait to try the Godfather! I took quite a few clones of these plants before they went into flower and all clones are outside for a summer grow along with 10 Zkittles, 10 Girl Scout Cookies and 10 White Widow for outdoor grow. 6 1/2 weeks into flower and they are packing on weight big time now. Giving them bloom booster and molasses and water. Will stop the bloom booster this weekend since I want them to have plenty of time to flush out. The girls are drinking a phenomenal amount at the moment, they are drinking every drop I'm giving them. Getting a bit of yellowing on the lower leaves BUT that is to be expected this close to harvest. Other than that they are very healthy. Uploaded a short video showing some of the ladies. This has been without a doubt the EASIEST grow I have ever done and it looks like the yield will be quite respectable.

I feel like crying! I was moving around my girls watering them when my dog Lucy got into the grow room and wagged her tail very forcefully and brought down THIS cola! There was no saving it this far along so I cut it. Seemed quite heavy so I popped it on the scale and it weighs 62 grams. (some readings gave it 66 grams since it wouldn't all fit on the scale but close enough) I'll be counting the dry weight once I know what it is into my final harvest totals. Fortunately I had just taken a picture of that particular cola day before yesterday. Anyhow, I'm happy that at least it was close to harvest and there are plenty more super fat colas to come in the next couple of weeks but I thought I'd share my story and perhaps some of you can relate to an "OH NO!" moment. Looks like I'll be testing Godfather OG a couple weeks earlier than expected.

Just wet trimmed 6 of these babies, 5 more I will dry trim so I don't have totals yet but it is going to be a VERY good harvest. This is a temporary post and writing it quickly. Will update in about 10 days or so with finished totals and how it tastes, how it was to grow etc. They finished at exactly 8 weeks total flowering time.
