Overall the one that’s LSTed is bigger than the topped one, but last week the topped one was much smaller because it was slowly growing from the shock from being topped. But now that it’s been a week, growth has exploded on the topped plant and I can definitely see the topped one being bigger next week. I have a cross going through the pot with twist ties, and tying down all four colas in all four directions. And LST, just tying down any branch that gets taller than the canopy
This week was the start of flower. The topped auto flower, has caught up and is stronger and bigger than the one that is only LST. I’m making this diary because many people out there say you can’t top autos. I topped it to have two nodes, and mainlined them in four ways with twisty ties
The topped auto is behind in flowering, probably from the shock of being topped. But it’s already bigger than the only LST auto (same strain), and it’s going to stretch more and more vs the LST. main point of this journal is so many people think autos can’t be topped, and I’ve always proved that wrong. So here ya go community
Both plants very similar in size. Although the topped one is still a bit bigger, and much more sturdy, all four colas are just as thick as the LST main cola. I hope this comparison grow is showing people the myth of not being able to top autos
