I planted seed 1 of 8 of Hubbabubbasmelloscope (HUBSS) on 27th and she popped on the 29th, still not sprouted yet.
This is my germination method: I like to put the seed directly into the coco simply because I get a better success rate. I've tried the paper towel method and raising seedlings in little pots then transplanting but when I do it I notice both methods stunt growth. I think once the tap root hits the bottom of the pot the plant thinks "ok this is all the room I've got so I can only be this big". I just keep the coco moist with about 50mls H2O twice a day. I think my girls grow better when they can send their tap root to the bottom of a big pot unobstructed. Then once they sprout above the soil I make them search deep for water by only giving them maybe 50mls a day. once the second set of leaves arrives I start increasing H2O and nutes
The room has been rearranged to allow the plants to be more centered under my lights and provide better air flow. Now I have Canna Coco so I shouldn't have to add so much C/Mag.
This is my first Mephisto Genetics grow so I'm hoping it all goes to plan. If you know of any tips or tricks to growing HUBSS let me know it will be appreciated.

She is up so Day 1 started is 30th March
Still on plain water but the next litre will have all the goodies in. Not much else to report since it's the first week, can't wait for a taste of her.
Strong growth all the way through. Small height, well not what i'm used to but that could be environmental problems at my end. Nice smoke and the pungent smell remains well after harvest and cure.
