So in my attemp to germinate Apple Fritter I had 5 seeds 4 light colored 1 dark. First 2 were light colored, and did not germinate in water. I placed them in a seperate potter. If they grow I will replant them. The dark colored seed did sprout a tail, and was dropped into the rock wool today. Should have a sprout in 2 to 3 days π€. Growing her in a New Level Hydro bucket link below. Also using a Spider farmer SE5000. Thank you Spider Farmer,

@Cyrusdavirus, sweet. I was having trouble getting the lighter colored seeds to germinate. Let me know if you encounter same issue. I had 4 light colored and 1 dark. The dark seed popped a tail and got planted. Others are on side in case they sprout. π€π±π±
