In my opinion they need like 3-4 weeks until she is ready. Your hairs on your buds are still white, when they are like 80% brown, they are most likely ready but even then some strains like to flower longer after getting brown hears. When a plant is done flowering it has a hard time drinking up your feedings. So if they still drink everything up in like 1-3days they still want to flower or harden there buds. But when your pots stay heavy without having other problems + brown hairs + Milky THC when looking with a microscope ( if they are crystal your THC is not ready). they are ready to get harvested. ( if your pots get to dry for a long time in flowering stage, your hairs will get brown as well because they getting into starvation mode, so don't confuse it when thinking they are ready when that happens.)
