Hello, I am starting to get worried about my plants. We are well into week 3-4 (one seed is one week late) and they have not improved much. As they are autoflower, I was expecting to have a full vegetative state at this point but I only have a 15/20cm plant with some leaves.

Thanks everyone. This grow is a mix between natural light (about 8h) and a SANSI PAR30 24W growlight bulb (https://www.sansiled.com/collections/led-grow-lights/products/par30-24w-led-grow-light-bulb). you are all right: it is cold at night but also in the morning during last weekend and it has been cloudy lately. Regarding watering, I am just providing nutrients (RQS Easy grow Tablets) twice/week but because it was not that hot, I understand that I was overwatering. I will leave them without watering for a bit now. The lamp is about 1m from the plants, shall I put it lower? the thing is that most of the light for me is coming from the sun so maybe I will just have a longer wait, hopefully with a good yield. Thanks a lot for the tips

There are several reasons for you (which I have also experienced): 1. It's too cold. At least 15 degrees in the dark, 20 degrees plus x during the day 2. Lighting time for short. Increase to at least 18 hours, 20 hours is better (some swear by 24-0, but the electricity costs are too high there) 3. Hang the lamp a little lower, or you are using the wrong lamp (I can't tell from the diary) But the good thing is, your plant will also flower later, so you don't have any disadvantage (apart from needing more time).

If your Data is correct than raise the light from 15 to at least 20hr. The Temperatures are very low especially at night. And i think you water them too much. They are drowning If you like you can give them a week full of light and no watering and see how they develop :) And try to rise the temperatures as well

Hello, I think i need again your knowledge to understand an issue I might have. One of the plants (the one I planted one week later) has definitely flowering but it has not developed a main cola. Would you please let me know what could be the issue?

You don't need to change light timing for an auto to flower. And no Auto takes 8-9 weeks to flower. That and you changed the timing to 12hrs only points to the fact its a Female. And the shade he's using is to cover it from the light as he has it resting in the dark window. But again, autos don't need a flip you can run an auto from seed to harvest on the same light timing. Good luck.

Hello My buds are growing slowly and I have noticed some weird formation at the branches that look like male pistils. My fear is that they have turned hermaphrodites. Any comments? Thanks

Nope. What you are looking at. The little balls is how bud forms (bracts). They are female . Good luck.

Hello, thanks for all the comments. I want to make sure you understand why I have this set-up and why there is a lighting change situation. The plants are in a greenhouse with a shading cover because I am in a country where it is illegal to grow and the punishment for being caught is not easy to take. So I need to cover my ladies from neighbours' sight in order to avoid problems. I used to have a small grow light bulb running in the evening to add light hours for the plants but one of the neighbours has questioned me about it and I have agreed to turn it off. I know weed needs direct sunlight but for me it is either this either no weed or jail.
