I don't think it looks drowned but it does look like it is starving. Zero feed and cant grow with out it.
What are you feeding the plant?? nothing is listed in your diary.
My guess is it needs food. not all soils are equal and same goes for coir.
Don't forget you need to add in CalMg with any coir based medium if its 30% and up if you feed does not have ample amounts.

92 days Definitely stunted a few times..first grow..I can see buds but not sure how long to wait to harvest? Pistels starting to orange.. Being an auto should have harvested on day 65-70?

Sorry but the plants no good best scrap and start again
You will also need better lights for growth and environment need to be perfect Sorry but you won't get any decent buds
