Planted the seeds too shallow, helmet heads on both. The HAZE XL (HXL) shed it's helmet on her own, but had to manually intervene with the Blue Cream Cheese (BCC) and moisturize the shell with water to come off.
This grow shows as a 15 week grow, but it was actually 12 weeks from germination to harvest. New user, so still getting used to creating a diary. A bit harder with two strains to edit.. Will get it right next grow.
Both plants started to kick into high gear this week. Both are flourishing nicely. Topped at the beginning of the week, got SCROG ready for flower stretch by the end of this week.
Been running Technaflora Veg recipe at about half strength (600 ppm ~) for last two weeks. Auto feeding started at 3 feedings per light cycle. 10-15% run to waste.
Switched to flowering recipe, again at half strength, about 650 ppm. Increased the feedings to 4 times per light cycle and extended duration of each feed to ensure 10-20% run off.
Not so much of a smoke report, but a display of the both plants post harvest / post dry, pre-cure. I can say that both plants smoke quite well with excellent hybrid stone! The BCC is a deeper, more lethargic stone as it went a little more amber than the HXL, but I LOVE both! 16oz dried between the two. HXL was 9oz dried and BCC was 7oz dried. Happy growing!
