TByTff All three strains sprouted after 3 days. Starting in solo cups with mixture of happy frog and some general seedling starter mix. Although an outdoor grow I’m doing the first 4 weeks inside under 1200w LED

TByTff Some slight twisting of leaves. Lights possibly too close so moved a bit further away to about 50cm

TByTff Critical mass and blueberry adding some good vegetation with close nodes but little height. Medical mass is struggling with leaves curling under themselves and delayed growth. Increased distance of light and plants seem happier. Going to reduce water for medical mass and hope it recovers.

TByTff Started to harden off this week with 3-4 days outside for 2-5 hours. Cool this weekend so back inside. Critical mass and blueberry adding nodes and leaves and still short. Medical mass a little behind but new set of leaves looks better than the last. Slight smell from critical mass but nothing from the others. Tried my first FIM on the blueberry and topped the critical mass. Another week inside+ outside to harden off then repot and into the greenhouse.

TByTff Spent most of the week outside but came in at night. Hardening off and top/FIM seemed to slow growth. Re-potted into intermediate plastic pots. All looking better toward the end of the week. Growth and lower nodes of FIMed blueberry and topped critical mass but unclear yet how it’ll progress. Medical mass talker and less vegetative but putting on a few more leaves (no top or FIM yet).

TByTff Blueberry recovers from fim and looks like maybe 4 new branches. Looking bushier, may leave another week before starting to guide the branches. Critical mass recovered well from topping and two new branches on the way. Biggest plant and strongest smell so far. Medical mass looking better from its original troubles. Looking a bit stringy so decided to try a fim. All plants outside 24 hours a day but go into homemade greenhouse at night.

TByTff Critical mass and blueberry filling out a lot. Started to LST to pull out new growth. Also topped the new growth as going away for 2 weeks - 3 days earlier that I would’ve liked. Blueberry was a little leggy but will hopefully recover well from topping. Only watering every 5-6 days but they seem happy.

TByTff Been away for 2 weeks and slowish progress. Topped most of the fresh growth before I left which has slowed things down. Lots of new tips and plants look like they will get bushier. Fimmed and topped blueberry has lots of tips and I’ve started to train to spread them out. Topped critical mass has lots of new tips and is spread nicely from training. Medical mass has only had 1 top and is taller and skinnier. May top once more before flower starts. Thing everything may be a bit short of N, so will top dress with a little worm castings. Hoping for some more vertical growth before larger pots or more topping.

TByTff Medical mass and critical mass gaining height. Blueberry a bit slower but has more tops from FIMing. A few yellowing lower leaves which I’ll remove. New pots next week

TByTff Possibly starting to flower. Medical mass is a bit skinny. New pots with sheep manure and happy frog mix will hopefully aid the stretch

TByTff Girls are starting to stretch with some early signs of flower. Critical mass starting to smell a bit stronger with strong growth and looks healthy. Medical mass is still a bit skinny and is showing less signs of flower than the other two. Adding some weak banana skin tea to one watering this week

TByTff Maybe past pre-flower and into flower. Good growth and no problems with the plants. Slightly stronger smell. Seems as though medical mass may be further behind others in terms of flower progress

TByTff Back from a week away to find moderate aphid presence. Spent about 30 mins picking them off. All of them stretched a little and slowly starting to add buds. Blueberry furthest ahead then medical mass then critical mass is surprisingly slowest but also has the most sites. Started to feed some week bloom nutrients and will do so once a week plus some banana tea between.

TByTff Might be more like 18 weeks. Plants doing ok in flower. Aphid problem escalated so did some heavy defoliation which may have impacted flowering a bit. A few aphids still hanging around but nursing them through by daily picking off what I see. The blueberry seems to be the furthest along now with buds starting to harden. Trichomes are mostly milky with a few amber. Maybe a week left. Medical mass mostly buds at the tops and probably 2 weeks left. Starting to develop a dark purple colour which was unexpectedly Critical mass resisted the aphids best and kept most of its leaves. Probably the longest left and hoping it will add some more flower as had higher hopes for yield. Feeding once a week with a dilute bloom fert and some banana tea.
