Used the glass of water method for about 12h and then the paper towel for 48h. The seed germinated healthy.
Using some loe wattage burple lights just in the early seedling stage.
I think she is pre flowering. She's drinking more water and I think I underwatered her at the end of this week (day 34 photo - little droopness).
She's some yellowing on the leaves too. I hope she can recover.
Still doing LST.
No doubt she's flowering now! I kept up with the nutes and good watering. She seems very healthy and happy.
She got some yellow fan leaves (older leaves) and I trimmed them.
Now she's drinking plenty of water and I think I underwatered her a little, but she quickly bounced back.

Looks grand. Nice and big/healthy. Just some marco nute, (immobile nute), it's just not enough core NPK+CAL in the Sub and new growth is sucking what it needs from the old fan leafs stores. Could do with an increase in NPK+CAL and with her bring an auto you are using a micro nute right? Increase PK/BLOOM and maybe stick her on 1/3 of grow nutes unless your brand says not to mix grow/bloom together, as I can't mix mine. Good luck.

There is no indication to go off of like what your feeding her. Looks like magnesium deficiency, you also look very rich in nitrogen. Cut back on nitrogen more potassium and phosphorus for bud development. If possible.
