I have three phenols going of the Hawaiian Geechee in different weeks in veg as they were regular seeds. Anyway I will let this be week 1 of veg lol in the raised bed for All the plants I have and will be in different journals. This week all I did was transplant the girls into the large bed at the same time and will give a week to adjust to the new environment which is packed rich of nutrients.
I am now down to two plants. The third one was a male and was younger. Sad part is that it was the middle plant 😅. Anyway, the plants have been exploding since the transplant. I had to top them a few more times to slow the vertical growth and produce a bushier plant for clones. Definitely my favorite in veg due to bushy structure and smell.
These are the faster growing ones. Once they were transplanted, they took off. I took more clones and did a heavy defoliation. Still they want to grow taller and fast. I will be Flipping to flower soon, I just hope I can control them long enough.
I did so much work defoliating both plants to open up some of the main bud sites. It would be less work during weeks 3 when stretch should be ending. I did chop and drop some of the clover 🍀 to prepare for flower earlier in the week, I also switched up to the Bloom formula from foop as well to help with the breakdown in the soil.
Both plants grew a few more inches and I had to defoliate a bunch more leaves. I am very happy with this strain so far because of how fast they grew in a matter of a month or so in the bed. If I was to grow this strain again I will definitely veg them in a shorter time frame 😂
Light defoliation this week due to the holiday weekend. Ain't much to do this week but keep watering and watch for molds as the RH outside increases. Low 50s I am okay but I need to cut it down a bit more in the coming weeks.
The stacking is beautiful. The terps are blasting the nose. These two are definitely impressive with the amount of development the past few days. Tons of tropical smells. I love it
Just plain water from now on, they haven't had any hiccups or anything and I am very impressed. The amount of growth on the buds is not my favorite but it seems to gonna change here in the next few weeks
Overall I am happy with how she grew. Glad I have more I will be doing more work with these. Citrus terps and a huge yield, I am happy with how the two plants turned out towards the end.
