Just coming out of seedlings really excited for these. The plants all show some different traits so far hopefully that will work itself out. I will transplant them next week probably, I want the roots to be ready
These three are doing well, 3 out of the five seeds germinated. These girls will go in a 3x3 for awhile. I am really looking forward to this strain! I was also curious about the Air pots so I picked up a few to test against the fabric pots. I love this hobby 😁
These 3 are all settled into their home and doing very well. It will likely be a few weeks before I top them judging by how slow they seem to be. Maybe my time is of because of doing an auto, they go so fast. LOL
Stacking thick big leaves like an indica 😁 The stems are so close together it was hard to trim them out, they seem kind of vulnerable still for their age, I guess I expected them to be a little thicker in the stem by now. All good though They have a 3x3 to themselves. Once They gain some height I will top them and start training for a manifold.
The ladies had a great week, did some trimming today to keep good air flow around them. At this point I haven't noticed any difference in the plants and the are growing beautifully. They will likely be in veg for another 3-4 weeks and I will start some LST with them in the next few weeks.
I am having a problem with the Grandmommy Purples, I Had to switch them off of the Nutes they were on and have just started them back to FF nutes. I initially thought and still do that it is a Mg deficiency but I dont seem to be able to correct it. Any insight would be helpful.
So I'm going to disagree with my growmies about the pH... 6.0 in soil is perfectly fine and all nutes SHOULD be able to be absorbed... I tried to find the NPK numbers for the Dr. J stuff and was not successful... And you're not making sense to me when you say you're now feeding with "FF Sensi Grow - Bloom" since Sensi is Advanced Nutrients, not Fox Farm... BUT...
I think that your issue is probably one of a lockout of calcium and magnesium due to an overload of nitrogen... I know that Sensi Part A has an NPK of 4-0-0 which is crazy for flower... and I'm highly suspicious that the Dr.J stuff, since it screams it grows great big stuff, probably has a very high level of nitrogen as well... So here's what I would do: flush. Flush, flush, flush... get everything back to basics, ground zero so to speak... run 15 gallons of pH'd water through each pot (the general rule of thumb is to run 3x the amount of water as your pot size) ... into the LAST gallon of water, add your bloom nutes only... then let them dry out before continuing on with your water/feed/water/feed routine.
The damaged leaves are not going to repair themselves, so don't expect that... but you shouldn't see further progression of the problem.

OK, rough week (or two), I had jumped over to a different nutrient for experimentation and it was a bad experiment. Anyway I flushed the girls today with ClearX and 2 extra gallons a piece. I think the problem is nutrient lockout and will bring them back slowly to the nutrients listed. The fun of learning is growing and the fun of growing is learning.
