I have a autoflower that is into it's 9th week and looks to have 2 or 3 weeks left to go, anyway today I was watering and noticed that at some point into it's flowering cycle it hermmied and well I guess my question is should I go on and it finish maturing or just chopped it down

It's hard to tell from your photo how much your plant hermied.
In most hermie case you can finish your grow without any seeds in the end.
Just remove the males flower and/or banana forming near the node and/or inside the bud gently with some tweezer and you should be oki.
