The best is too watch closely the tricomes, the weeks indicated by the seed banks is 'estimated' if you see around week 7 8 9 most of the tricomes white and only a few of them brown you know its time to harvest, its quite difficult to really match the perfect harvest time, knowing the strain also helps a lot. I would say that there isn't much left, they look quite ready, just observe the tricomes and see if you want to give her some more days or nor

Some people does provide 48h darkness before harvest, some 'studies' indicated that this increase the tricomes or the amount of THC, but not sure if this is completely true or not, I've also tried this before but of course to with a simple eye we are not able to observe if this works or not, so what can i say, its not mandatory basically, you might just want to try

I would wash that bud once is chopped in a food grade peroxide cold water mix to help kill off an spores lingering in it. If the mold is visible millions of spores are in the grow environment and just waiting to be incubated. Can happen in the drying process or cure if its done improperly. Chop off the spots that are infected, increase airflow if you can and try to protect it from the rain or excess moisture. Can use LST or plucking some leaves if its to bunched up and bushy. Good Luck!

Just like some others said, i just hang them in the same grow room (with obviously the lights off) have some air circulation but never blowing directly the buds, a too quick dry might cause a loss in terps, so a worse taste. Be sure that the humidity is somewhere around 50% You can also buy a 'herbdryer' which is basically a small net to store your buds in and have a good air circulation as i saw that you have budrot or mold, this might also help a bit 👌
