The ide is to transplant this girl to a bigger pot or even directly in the ground, but it looks like she started to flower but im not sure if its just showing her sex

Yes she is. I transplant them on any stage, so don't be scared by internet myth. Use mycorrhizae when transplanting, sprinkle on roots and into hope, roots and plant will love it.

If shes flowering its not ideal to move them because of the stress but if you have your plants in tiny pots i think its better to take transplant and shok her slightly that leaving them for another 7 weeks in a very small pot 🤣

Well, what i do, and also some friends on in their garden, is first digging a hole from quite some liters, like a very big pot, in there we trow a big sac or even 2 of good soil, i personally think its better as the ground we never know whats in (unless you are able to analyze your soil) which can cause several issues as maybe the soil is too acid with too much nitrogen or whatever right, so its up to you but i think thats the best solution

I think, or at least can imagine that you have been providing grow nutrients while she's in flowering already, i should start slowly to provide some bloom nutrients now after the transplant (if you are transplanting at the end) but not too much, and im sure she will slowly recover
