Soaked in glass of water for 24 hours, then dropped directly into soil.
EDIT: This journal has been updated. I had a seed that I'd germinated in paper towel, that had rapid growth with a really long taproot right out the gate. However, it died upon transfer. This time I went back to just soaking a seed in a shot glass for 24 hours, then pouring the shot glass and seed directly into the soil about 1/4" and lightly cover. Within a few days, we broke ground on 5/17.
Didn't get to take many pics this week. She's not being fussy, just getting on with it. It was a bit of work getting my lights adjusted to where everyone in the tent is happy, but that should go away in about a week when I can just set the light to 100% and have a static height. For now, I'm keeping it around 75%.
Training week.
We started this week with a fresh haircut. I topped her between the 4th and 5th node, and began LST. Immediately after topping, I used a garden stake to position her 3rd and 4th nodes to be a 45-degree angle from the 1st and 2nd, to try and get everyone their proper light requirements.
She bounced back after the topping within a day, so I think she's going to take to it really well without stunting. She's not showing signs of significant stress, and isn't panic-flowering, so I think she's good with it. The Double Grape in her I wasn't worried about training, but I haven't read much about the Skywalker strain, so was a little nervous. She's taking it well though.
