Soaked seeds in distilled water for 12 hours and seen the taproot appear. Once that taproot was showing I then put the seeds in 2 gal pots which would be their final home. Decided not to transplant this grow.
Plants took 2 days to germinate from 3/21/22 to 3/22/22. The first week of Veg saw rapid growth from these seedlings. They show no sign of any stress as their new leaves begin to develop.
Seen very fast growth this week. Being that my medium is extremely airy, the plants are being constantly fed. I don’t have to worry about root rot and the plants have all the water and nutrients that they need.
Watering the plants daily. About 1/2 gallon each. Noticed my PH meter was out of range by .6. I adjusted accordingly and fed like normal. Both plants had a reaction to the ph swing after being feed for the first 2 weeks at 5.2 instead of 5.8
Growth was quite extreme this week. Decided to flower after Veg day 27 due to limited space in the tent. Canopy was filled to 90% and 2nd trellis net was installed.
Seen significant stretch the first week of flower. Already working it’s way into the 2nd trellis net that I set up. Foliage look completely healthy with 0 signs of nutrient stress.
Stretching way more than expected. Currently already 3 times the height of when I flowered her. No idea when they will stop stretching. Thinking about installing a 3rd net worst case scenario. Everything looks incredibly healthy though.
Seems like these two girls have unlimited stretch. Seeing how tall they are, I will be installing the 3rd and final trellis to control the height. If height gets out of control I will be forced to super crop as the plants are outgrowing my tent.
Installed the 3rd trellis net and still didn’t help against the stretch. Was forced to super-crop both plants and they both made a very fast and strong recover. The canopy is now flat and full of flowers. Flowers are starting to get chunky as well.
Flowers are really starting to get some size to them. The tops are about quarter sized to start week 4 of flower. Also starting to show more trichomes across all flowers. Purple starting to form on the flowers.
Flowers are starting to stack up nicely. Purple genetics are really coming in this week. Beautiful dense flowers with a ton of trichomes. Still showing tip burn on these girls but nothing too drastic
Plant is gaining a lot of mass. A couple foxtails coming out of the upper buds. Beautiful colors from purple to pink to green. Microscope showing 100% cloudy trichomes. No amber yet.
