It's more than a week ago that I soaked the medium for 12 hours and moved the mycelium cake to this moisture bag. I let them grow inside my livingroom. And I only open the bag once a day to spray a fine mist of warm water on the inside of the bag. I do this to refresh the air and to keep the humidity high. The temperature is stable around 20 degrees inside my livingroom.
Mexican Magic Mushrooms are my favorite type of Shrooms. This type is making you laugh so hard for hours and hours straight. Can't wait till they are ready for consumption.
The mushrooms started pinning yesterday and they are growing really fast. From now on I only have to open the moisture bag at least twice a day to provide the mushrooms with enough fresh air.
Only 4 days after pinning and 3 days after my last update. I will harvest the first round tomorrow. And will probably consume them not long after that XD
I am really happy with this harvest, almost 60 grams that's 4 nice trips. The shrooms are drying in front of a fan till there is about 6 grams dry left. Then it is time to enjoy these f*ckers!
Update: 4 days in front of a secret jardin monkey fan was enough to dry them. I did not eat this batch yet. I will grind these mushrooms with a coffee grinder. Then melt some chocolate and make 4 magic mushroom chocolate bars.
The mycelium had a cold shock for 8 hours and got placed back under my window ready for round number 2
Round 2 only gave me 30 grams fresh shrooms. Well I said only but that's 2 good trips so I can't complain. The mycelium gave me 90 grams in total so that's 6 good trips in total.
