Pretty average and expected week, she's putting her root down and showing a some growth above, the humidity is lower than ideal so ill try addressing that this week.
The set of leaves on the left and the left side of the first leaves look mutated, most likely she will grow out of it and be fine but I'll keep an eye on her.
