8/21/22 As I get closer to the very end of my current grow season, the other things in life seem to be seeping in to try and take my attention away from what NEEDS to be done. What I mean by that is; today, as I write this, is 8/23/22. Yet, I haven’t written the logs for 8/21/22. I was coaxed away from writing my logs immediately after feeding finished, and my attention has been kept elsewhere until it’s feeding time again. So I get behind, and I absolutely HATE getting behind because catching up can be a b!+€h. Here is the down and dirty for the 8/21 feeding: I prepared 1 gallon of flushing solution (properly pH’ed fresh water), because the gallon for #3 is used by her on two days since #4 was destroyed. However, the new gallon turned out the same as hers, so documenting is easy. The initial pH was 7.5, I added 0.4 ml of pH DOWN which adjusted it to 6.3. Runoff was sufficient with the following pH levels: #1 - 5.7 #2 - 5.8 #3 - 5.5 The tent temperature was 83.9F, and humidity was 44%. Their buds are fat and beautiful like their mother!! I just finished her harvest, and her total yield was 7.317 ounces dry and in the jars! I’m hoping for something similar from these 3. Happy growing everyone! 8/23/22 Hello 👋. This is the 2nd log that I’ve written today, but at least this one is actually for today! After catching up on my logs earlier, I got right to feeding my ladies, and I don’t plan on getting behind again. I mixed 2 more gallons of fresh water with the appropriate amount of pH DOWN to give each of my ladies half a gallon to continue with the flush. Each was initially 7.5, then I added 0.4 ml of pH DOWN to each which adjusted the pH of both gallons to 6.3. All 3 of the remaining plants gave back plenty, so their runoff pH levels were: #1 - 5.4 #2 - 5.6 #3 - 5.3 All 3 of them are still looking wonderful, and I’ll get some trichome pics later on this week to see if we’re ready to begin harvesting next weekend or not. The tent temp was 80.1F, and the humidity was 49%. The end is in sight. Happy growing everyone! 8/25/22 Feeding time again, and this time the logs are being written on time. We have to celebrate the tiny victories sometimes. My 3 ladies are doing well, and their buds are getting pretty big. Harvest time is almost upon us! I took trichome pics of each plant today, and all 3 of them are showing me that they are ready to be harvested. I have a lot of pics to post today for each of them. They’re continuing with the flush, so fresh, properly pH’ed water is all they received. #3 still had the 2nd half of her solution from the other day, so she was given that. Luckily, the gallon prepared for #1&2 today was the same both before, and after the adjustment. The gallon had an initial pH of 7.5. I added 0.4 ml of pH DOWN to it which adjusted the pH to 6.3. Each of my ladies gave back plenty of runoff to measure. The runoff pH for each was: #1 - 5.4 #2 - 5.6 #3 - 5.5 Their tent was 81.4F, and humidity was 49%. Once I start harvesting them, I plan on doing 1 plant at a time so that I don’t overwhelm myself. Growing can be very difficult, but doing it well is so rewarding. Happy growing everyone!
