Did a direct to soil grow! So this is a hybrid week 1/germination. Weather has been crazy here in chicago. First popped up when it was super cold 48 degrees—- and now it is incredibly windy, hot, and humid—- all in one week. Makes it hard to keep track of things!
Doing this lady guerilla style in a 10 gallon pot with other flowers.
Just fed her some botanicare grow granules. She shot up like a rocket! Huge indica fans and almost doubled in size! This is going to be a multi topped plant before aug/sept
She’s cruising along! Had some very hot days this week and no rain, but then got hit with a downpour. Going to have to up the feedings soon to accommodate the washout. Doing great otherwise! Topping again soon too
She is slowing down a bit because it’s so hot! Watering is a daily soaking and you can see by the lowers, that I am washing her out a bit! Time for another top dress! Other than that, she is handling the weather swings like a champ. ✌️💚🌿💨
Had to top her again! Getting a little too big for the deck! Continuously feeding daily and constant waterings as the temps are super hot!
Did an ipm treatment with BT and Mammoth Control! Have to stay ahead of the catepillars this year
No action yet! She’s just chilling in the big pot with flowers. We had a lot of rain lately and that washed out some nutrients. Just did a botanicare top dress of the dry grow.
Also started IPM of BT to fight the catepillars.
