crimsonecho so i just upgraded my setup and rocking 4 attis 200w in a 4x4 with 74L no till(ish) pots. they got transplanted yesterday into their final pots from 5L, 2.5L and .5L they vegged in my veg 2x2 and photos were taken during transplantation but forgot to take some after transplanting the caribe and the cannalope haze. will do next week. letting them to get over the shock, keeping the lights far away at 20%. gonna up it to 40% tomorrow. gonna veg it a couple of weeks at most and gonna flip them to flower at 60% on each fixture. that veg 2x2 is saving me huge time on these things, look at the destroyers i mean even when rootbound and with yellowish leaves it fills the 20gallon pot almost. that pot is 55x55cm, loving it. covered the soil with hay. its a personal soil mix i made. its simple rich soil with ewc, basalt dust, zeolite, coco coir, reused organic peat based soil, bat guano, manure and wheat bran. super alive organic soil basically and very coco rich.

crimsonecho one destroyer pretty much recovered and going at full throttle, other one is almost there. i expect it to be in almost perfect health in a couple of days. its gonna stay smaller than the first one because the clones were not identical to begin with and they had different techniques and stresses applied through the way. i stressed that one a little bit more than the first one so its expected. dinachem s1 and dinachem x peyote cookies is looking fine too. they have recovered from the transplant and i keep topping them to help them branch out. i’m not gonna train that pot in any other way because the tent has a wall on that side and i cant open the flap and cant really reach it properly haha caribe also recovered from the transplant and cannalope haze is not far behind. this cannalope s1 was germinated about maybe 2 months ago in a .3l pot with 7 other of her sisters and has been sitting in a fresh solo .3l pot alone for about a month. a very very unhappy girl she was but after getting her feet into some good soil new growth seems much healthier. in about 2 more nodes its gonna be all green and amazing. i slowly defoliate old damaged leaves as new ones grow on all of them. i was thinking of flipping them today but i think i’m gonna give this a couple more days for the second destroyers sake. i may flip them monday or tuesday. at that point i’ll add a week to the diary. also watered each pot today with about 3.5l distilled water from my dehumidifier. oh i’m also getting some nice flowers other than cannabis. i’m gonna be getting some basil seeds soon haha

crimsonecho flipped them 24hrs ago, i’m seeing bleached tips mostly on my sativas, the soil is a little too rich but i think they’ll do fine seeing i’m gonna give them distilled water only till harvest. that way i’m utilizing the waste water from my dehums as well. also posted the prep photos of the pots. i forgot to post it i guess. watered them today with about 3l of water. i also bought one of those baking soda citric acid co2 rigs with metal tanks and set it up today. its not gonna add much as its designed for aquariums mostly but it couldnt hurt right :) since its been 24hrs from the flip to 12/12 i’m gonna update this monday to monday.

crimsonecho going alright for now. still bleached tips on bigger fan leaves mostly and i’m defoliating some of those and stripping lower nodes almost daily. still no signs of flowering but they’re sexually mature and showing sex. in a week or two i should start seeing budlets forming. i love the adjustability of these 4 individual fixtures. i was worried about marginally lower umol/j of these lumatek attis 200w for a second but yeah i dont think it’ll disappoint in the end either. at this point 3 of them are at 60% and the one over the dinachems pots is at 40% still. so i’m pretty much satisfied with the tent atm. still a little overfed but this is a plain water grow so i’m not too worried about it. they’ll grow out of it in the upcoming weeks. the canopy is almost full now and cannalope is catching up with the caribe as well. lets see what tomorrow brings. so thats about all for this week. also i watered the destroyers today with about 4L of water. i water weekly at this point which is the biggest advantage of plastic pots besides not allowing the edges to dry out. i have been a hard supporter of fabric pots in the past but at this point all i can say is fuck ‘em. they have huge disadvantages which offset any possible marginal advantages they offer. so see you next week. peace!

crimsonecho going fine. that tip bleaching is here to stay :) i’m defoliating and lollipopping everyday. couple of leaves here couple of leaves there a growth tip here a side shoot there.. watered yesterday with 3.5l or something. distilled dehum water. caribe transitioned too fast. it didnt give me any stretch which was strange and cannalope as expected hasnt even started transitioning. i think caribe is gonna be overshadowed by the cannalope. dinachem looks lighter in the photos but its not really that light green in color. dinachem x peyote cookies gave me more stretch than i expected but seed runs are always full of surprises haha they both finished stretching atm so they will start filling up in the coming weeks. destroyers are fine too. yeah tip bleached a bit but leaves are very healthy otherwise. they feel soft and firm which is how they should feel. i’m plucking 10-20 leaves daily and it grows back the next day. they may give me a couple days of stretch but its not gonna grow much more than this. its not gonna double from here i mean and the 2nd destroyer is gonna be about 25% smaller than the 1st because as i mentioned not identical clones when transplanted but i’m still expecting exceptional yields and quality from both. ‘till next week!

crimsonecho well everything is going alright. nothing to complain about. destroyers are getting a lighter shade in the new growth but still pretty much healthy, just a more natural sativa color. maybe around this time i could have thought about topdressing but i’m more inclined to let them go on with straight water just to see how this mix runs till finish with just water and no extra inputs. though who knows i may just decide to topdress tomorrow haha others seem happy and healthy as well. watered the dinachem pot yesterday with about 4l of distilled water and destroyers got 4l each 2 days before that. caribe and cannalope pot is still pretty heavy. see y’all next week edit; yesterday we had a blackout so timers were set back an hour so i guess when i opened the tent today light had just turned on because they were holding a less intense praying pose so just checked back 3 hrs later now and looks fine now. added those photos as well.

crimsonecho broke down and topdressed the destroyers today with 10lt of coco mix (coco, 3 cups ewc, 3 cups manure, 1 cup guano) divided between 2 pots. i was seeing interveinal yellowing with the leaves closest to the lights. figure they cant keep up with the light at this point and these gals are really huge plants 60x60 canopy on each, tall as well and covered with budsites so the soil probably cant keep up with their demand after 40 days of straight water. their metabolism is so high right now i watered them today with 4.5l after giving them another 4.5l 2 days ago. no runoff. the topsoil was mostly dry even with the mulch. the others still dry out in about 4-5 days but they are also coming along fine. dinachem and dinachem x peyote cookies cross getting frosty. its the hybrid in them, finishing early. i let them have their fun cause once destroyers start shining in a couple of weeks with trichome covered buds you can cut glass with (diamonds) (ice), hybrids are gonna feel pretty inadequate hahah caribe is a dwarf :D and cannalope haze s1 just recently slowed vertical growth and setting budsites atm. this pot is gonna be a little disappointing in yield compared to the rest.

Vraiment sympa et très originale cette culture, autant par le choix des variétés, et dans ces très grands pots c est bluffant. Et tout ça sans engrais pour l instant. Une inspiration. Bravo on attend la suite.
