Cautious_Cultivator I put them directly into small cups filled with a light compost mix after a 30 second soak, then covered each cup with a food bag poking 3 holes in the top and placed them in my airing cuboard 24 hour darkness, took around two weeks between germination and what I consider the first true day of veg.
