Germination
4y ago
Thorin33 Everyone took a bit longer, but it was only about 20 degrees warm. Royal Dwarf was the fastest, while Mimosa and NL took the longest. Unfortunately, I can only check on the plants daily on the weekends, hence the more humid situation.

Thorin33 They are all outside now, it took a little while. The mound dries out quickly since I'm using peat (potting soil from the hardware store, I've had good experiences with it over the last few years), so I put a sludge layer on top. After germination, I placed them in the mound, two plants together. Dug out about 10 liters of peat and mixed it with the Myko and rhizo as well as pellets according to the package instructions.

Thorin33 Growing and thriving as you can see, one of the WW is growing slower. But otherwise, I'm satisfied. I put 3 of the Growbooster tablets in 10l of water. Otherwise, the soil is moist enough, pulling a bit from the bottom.

Thorin33 Everything is good, the weather is super sunny, I'm worried that the peat is drying out too quickly since the water level has also dropped, but it will be fine. I've added notes on which strain is which. I added three Grow Booster tablets to 10 liters of water, and I only managed to water once over the weekend. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to do it since last weekend. But I'm really satisfied with the results.

Thorin33 Hot and dry week, the little ones handled it well and are growing diligently, now drawing most of the moisture from the soil. Plant size 18-36 cm, only two stragglers that germinated later are noticeably smaller. I also watered the whole mound early in the morning, hence the wet plants. I poured 3 Easy Grow tablets and 5ml NPK 10-3-3 fertilizer into 10l, spread over two days. The big White Widow is already the furthest along and is showing the first pistils. I'm curious about the next few weeks, the weather forecast looks good.

Thorin33 Hot and dry week, the little ones have handled it well and are growing diligently, now drawing most of the moisture from the soil. Plant size 45-72cm, only with one Purple Queen and a WW latecomer still significant differences. I poured 3 Easy Grow tablets and 5ml NPK 10-3-3 fertilizer into 10l, spread over two days. From now on, I will switch to the flowering fertilizer from RQS. The big White Widow is already showing clear buds, while the others are just starting to show the pistils, they will all come at the same time.

Thorin33 Now the 7th week is starting. Overall satisfied, they have grown a lot, I expected more from the Mimosa and White Widow, but let's see what the harvest shows. It's a shame with the Purple Queen that the right one stays so small, I think it's too little light. But overall, it's satisfactory. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to water last weekend. But it's a moist location, I think with fertilizer they would have done even better, although the last eight days were relatively cool and damp, max 22 degrees and at night 11 degrees. But next week is supposed to be mega warm again. I don't really like it that much, but it's great for the plants. I have now watered with Easy Bloom tablets and nutrient solutions Thicker and Bigger Flowers. Let's see how the little one looks in 7 days.

Can't display the info correctly with g/l and so on. I placed it in about 10l of peat according to the manufacturer's instructions. And I positioned this under the snail protection collar. Of course, there's a lot more peat around, the mound is about 300l. I always planted 2 plants together in one snail protection collar. And al

@@BodhiBuds, yeah that's pretty nice. Today was perfect weather again, they all grew between 2&4cm in the last 24 hours since last night. I hope it keeps going like this.
