solowkam 6/24 - First true leaves showing. Water left at pH of 7.4 as medium below 5.8. Nutrients listed are dry amendments added to original medium. Thanks to all for encouragement. 😊 6/25 - Minimum watering, just around seedling, to avoid overwatering. 6/26 - Still watering just around seedling but added water to tray today to keep rest of medium from drying out too much. 6/28 - Set up auto watering system with drip ring. Will see how it works. 6/30 - End of 1st week, 2nd node showing.

solowkam 7/1 - Start of 2nd week. 2nd node showing. Light lowered to 20". PPFD = 250 µmol/s/m². VPD is 1.19. 7/4 - Nice jump over the weekend. Auto watering system seems to work fine. Light lowered to 16", PPFD to 354. 7/5 - 3rd node appears. Calculated VPD is 0.85 kPa. 7/6 - Reduced humidity to 55% because VPD was low. Now is 1.04 kPa. 7/7 - Soil finally tested in target range at 6.8 pH. Water will now be pH'd from 6.2 to 6.8.

solowkam 7/8 - Power was out for 13 hours. Put plant in partial sun for last 3 of those, skipped normal 3 hours of dark to help compensate. 7/10 - Light intensity increased to 75%, PPFD is 546. 4th node showing. 1st node leaf tips curling up - may have overwatered. 7/11 - Opened tent, temporarily lowered humidity 7/12 - Water pH adjusted down to 6, VPD is 0.97. 7/13 - Soil pH now is 6.5, VPD 0.91

solowkam 7/15 - VPD 0.98, Some wilting, increased water. 7/17 - 5th node present.. Lower nodes still show wilting/necrosis. Will allow to dry completely before next watering. 7/18 - Lowered humidity to 40%, VPD up to 1.62, foliar sprayed with seaweed extract to dry out medium and fight lower node necrosis. 7/19 - LST started, humidity returned to 55%, VPD at 0.74 7/20 - LST continued, both main top tie-down and leaf tucking VPD now 1.05. 7/21 - Watered with fish fertilizer, top dressed with worm castings, fertilizers, and mycorrhizae. Fish and kelp foliar sprays.
